Order

To order, please email me at a9jewelry@yahoo.com or call at 804-355-8388. I will get back to you to let you know how quickly the item will be available. If the item is in stock I usually can get it out within a day. If the item is back ordered I will let you know when it will become available.

If you live in the Richmond area please support one of the small businesses that support me. A list is at the bottom of the page. If they do not have the item you are looking for they can call me and I will bring it to them.

Payment
I accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal or personal check. If you would like to pay by personal check, please call ahead or email me for notification. I will not send your order until the check has cleared my bank.

If paying by Credit Card (Visa, M. C, Amex) I will only accept a card over the phone, so please do not email me the number.

If paying by Paypal, please go to PayPal.com and click on the "send money" link. You will need my email address which is a9jewelry@yahoo.com. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order using PayPal. PayPal allows you to use any major credit card or your debit card for purchases and is easy and secure.

Remember a 5% sales tax will be added for Virginia residents.

Shipping
Some items are available on a made-to-order basis. If you need something A.S.A.P., just let me know and I'll do my best to accomodate you. Rush shipping charges may apply.

I charge a flat fee of $2.50 for all shipping. I ship items via U.S.P.S. first Class Mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like your item(s) shipped by alternate means, let me know. In these cases additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges
Of course I want you to love what you buy. If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item to me within 14 days of receipt for a prompt refund, exchange or credit.

Please call ahead or e-mail me before you return your item. Any item returned must be in original condition, which includes tags and packaging. Please ship back
via insured mail. Any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Repairs and Adjustments
I fully stand behind the quality and craftmanship of my work. If at any time a piece is in need of repair or adjustment, just send it back and I'll be happy to fix it. Some material charges may apply based on individual circumstances. Please call ahead or e-mail me before you ship item.

Natural variation
I try to use only natural, quality gemstones, although some color enhancements might be used by my suppliers. Also, due to the nature of using natural gemstones, some color and shape variations may occur from piece to piece.

Making the shift to Eco Friendly Gold and Silver: Although I can't guarantee that everything in my shop is recycled metals, I am trying to make the shift in that direction by purchasing all wire, sheet metal and casting from Hoover and Strong, right here in Richmond Va.!
